Q1
What payment methods can be used to proceed with the order?
Usually we make transactions via trade assurance. After we set up an order, you can pay with a credit card, Visa, or T/T transfer. Alternatively, payment can be processed offline via Western Union or PayPal.
Q2
What is the lead time and arrival schedule?
Samples require 3-5 working days. For quantity orders, it takes about 15-20 working days depending on the detailed size of the order. We ship via express services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT), which typically take 3-7 days to arrive, excluding sea transportation.
Q3
Can you brand our logo or name on the lights?
Yes, this is acceptable with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 piece. Additional silk screen fees may apply for custom requests. We can also customize the packaging for you. Please contact us for further details.
Q4
What is the difference between red and near-infrared light therapy?
Red and near-infrared light therapies are functionally very similar, with two main differences: Red light is visible to the naked eye while near-infrared light is invisible. Furthermore, near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body's tissues than red light.
Q5
How long does it take for red light therapy to show results?
It is not an overnight transformation, but you will begin to observe ongoing improvements within 24 hours to 2 months, depending on the severity of the condition and how regularly the device is used. For most applications, daily use for at least two weeks is recommended, followed by a maintenance regimen once or twice weekly.
Q6
Do I need to continue using the light as much once I start seeing results?
Yes. Just because you begin seeing results does not mean your skin cells have finished their processes; it simply means the results of their activity are starting to become visible. You should keep up the treatments until your target results are reached, at which point you may transition to a weekly maintenance schedule.
