Gas Mask Design: The gas mask adopts a double-canister and single-eye window lens structure. The filter canister is an arc-shaped one, featuring good dynamic air tightness, low breathing resistance and balanced weight distribution. The lenses are made of flexible materials. They can be folded for convenient combat carrying and offer a wide field of vision.
This gas mask can effectively protect against traditional chemical and biological warfare agents, industrial toxic and hazardous chemicals, and toxic chemical aerosols and particles. The mask's sealing frame has a folded edge, which is comfortable to wear and has good air tightness, and can meet the wearing requirements of more than 95% of adults. The mesh headband can be adjusted freely and is neither too tight nor too loose.

Such product conforms to relevant regulations of GB 2890-2009 Respiratory Protection - Non-powered Air-purifying Gas and Vapor Respirators.
It is strictly forbidden to use this type of gas mask under the condition of hypoxia. It is recommended to use long tube breathing apparatus, self-contained breathing apparatus or compressed air breathing apparatus.

Half-face respirator: Covers only the nose and mouth; lightweight with good field of vision. Suitable for low-risk and long-duration work such as home renovation and pesticide spraying. It does not protect against eye irritation, so goggles need to be worn separately.
Full-face respirator: Covers the nose, mouth and eyes with strong airtightness and full protection. Ideal for chemical operations, fire scenes and highly toxic environments; slightly heavier in weight.
1. Inspection: Check the mask for cracks, confirm the gas filter cartridge is intact and within validity period, and verify head straps are in normal condition.
2. Assembly: Screw the filter cartridge tightly into place; install the filter cotton following the air flow direction (usually the colored side faces outward).
3. Wearing: Hold the mask with both hands, put it on from bottom to top; adjust the neck straps first, then the top head straps. The tightness is proper when one finger can be inserted between the strap and face.
4. Air tightness test (mandatory):
• Inhalation method: Block the inlet of the filter cartridge with hands, take a gentle breath. It is qualified if the mask slightly collapses with no air leakage sound.
• Exhalation method: Cover the exhalation valve with hands, exhale gently. It is qualified if the mask slightly bulges with no air leakage.
• Remove the filter cartridge and filter cotton (disposable, discard after use).
• Clean the mask with neutral detergent and warm water, wipe clean with a soft cloth, and air dry naturally. Do not expose to direct sunlight, bake or use high temperature.
• Focus on cleaning the exhalation valve and sealing ring, and check for deformation or adhesion.
• Mask: Hang or lay flat, avoid folding and squeezing; place the silicone side upward to prevent deformation.
• Filter cartridge: Store in a sealed original bag or sealed box separately, keep away from chemicals, high temperature and humidity.
• Storage environment: Keep dry and ventilated with temperature ≤ 30℃; do not store together with oil, acid and alkali substances.
• Regular check: Inspect the mask elasticity, head strap durability and filter cartridge validity period once a month.
This product strictly conforms to the safety and quality standards of GB 2890-2009 (Respiratory Protection - Non-powered Air-purifying Gas and Vapor Respirators).
No. It is strictly forbidden to use this filtering type gas mask under hypoxia (oxygen-deficient) conditions. For oxygen-deficient environments, long-tube breathing apparatus or compressed air breathing apparatus must be employed.
