Product Description

The gas mask is a filtered single-eyepiece personal respiratory protective device designed to effectively protect the wearer's face, eyes, and respiratory tract against chemical agents, biological agents, and radioactive dust. It is suitable for use in industrial, agricultural, medical, scientific research fields, and other defense applications.

Composition and Features

Facepiece: Primarily made of natural rubber (injection-molded with a sandblasted surface), equipped with a lens, a voice transmitter, and head straps.

Drinking System & Transmitter: Features a drinking system designed for easy operation and a voice transmitter with minimal transmission loss.

Filter Canister: Filled with high-quality activated carbon or carbon-catalyst composites, providing protection against various toxic agents with low resistance and light weight.

Usage and Maintenance
1
Donning the Mask
Place the mask over the chin and pull upward, then adjust the head straps. After donning, cover the filter canister's air inlet with your palm and inhale forcefully. If the facepiece seals tightly against the face with no leakage, the mask is properly fitted and may be used in contaminated areas.
2
Using the Drinking System
The dedicated water bottle cap should be pre-attached to the bottle. To drink, stabilize the mask with one hand, use the middle finger of the other hand to lift the drinking valve, then turn the handle 180° counterclockwise with your right hand. Grip the drinking tube inside the mask with your teeth, hold the bottle with your right hand, remove the bottle stopper with your left hand, insert the drinking valve into the dedicated cap, and lift the inverted bottle to eye level. Blow gently while drinking to ensure smooth water flow. Avoid lifting the bottle too high to prevent dislodging the valve. After drinking, restore the components in reverse order.
3
After Use
Keep the lens, exhalation valve, and inhalation valve clean. Rinse the facepiece with water if necessary.
4
Post-Exposure Disinfection
After use in environments with infectious viruses: Wipe or wash the facepiece and filter canister with a 1% peracetic acid disinfectant solution. If necessary, the facepiece may be soaked in the solution, but the filter canister must not be immersed to avoid water damage. After disinfection, wipe the components with clean water and air dry before reuse.
