Q1: What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs for customer-ordered items, mixed size per color is ok. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q2: Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship via your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. It takes about 10 days to reach.
Q3: How long is the samples lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 3-7 working days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 20 days, subject to your designs whether they need special artwork like new printing screen, etc.
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
You can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. If you have your own sample, that will be great!
Q6: How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
